Shipping Methods
We offer Standard Shipping on all orders placed through our website. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched through trusted courier partners to ensure it reaches you safely and on time.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of ₹299 applies to orders below ₹9,999. Orders of ₹9,999 and above qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout.
Payment Methods
We accept credit and debit cards, UPI (including Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm), net banking, EMI, and bank transfers.
We process every transaction through secure, PCI-compliant gateways to ensure your safety. Sensitive financial data is protected via industry-standard encryption during transmission. Unless explicitly disclosed and required for service, our servers do not store your complete card information.
Payment Processing and Debit Timing
For all online transactions (including UPI, cards, net banking, EMI, and bank transfers), funds are debited from the linked payment method immediately after the transaction is authorized. You will receive an order confirmation by email once payment is successful.
If a payment is declined or not approved, the order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or payment provider for assistance. If you believe a cancellation occurred in error, contact our customer support with your transaction reference.
Shipping Coverage
We ship to all cities in India. For exact serviceability and estimated delivery time, please enter your pincode on the product page before placing your order. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the courier partner handling your shipment. To check the estimated delivery date for your pincode, enter it on the product page before checkout. We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
To initiate a cancellation, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account
2. Go to My Account → Orders
3. Select the order you wish to cancel
4. Click Cancel Order
5. Choose a reason for cancellation
6. Confirm your request
Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation via email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
Track Your Order
As soon as your order is packed and dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation via both email and WhatsApp. This will include your expected delivery date and a tracking link so you can follow your order every step of the way.
You can also track your order under My Account → Orders after signing in.
