1. How long will my order take to reach me?
You can enter your pincode on the product detail page to check the expected delivery time for your order.
2. What are your shipping charges?
A standard shipping fee of ₹299 applies to all orders below ₹9,999. Orders of ₹9,999 and above qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout.
3. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You’ll get an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation (email + WhatsApp) once dispatched.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email and WhatsApp with your tracking link and expected delivery date.
5. Unable to track my order?
- Wait up to 24 hours after the dispatch message for the tracking link to activate.
- Ensure you’re using the correct tracking link and order number.
- Check that your pincode and mobile number are correct in your order details.
- If the tracking still doesn’t work, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier promptly.
6. What if my order is delayed?
If delivery exceeds the estimated window, contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and update you promptly.
7. Do you deliver internationally?
No, we currently ship only within India.
8. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
You may request an address change within 1 hour of placing your order, as long as it has not been dispatched yet.
Returns & Exchanges
9. What is your return policy?
We offer returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products that are unused, returned with original tags, and packed in the original packaging. To begin, please raise a return request from your account within the 7-day window.
10. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for size-related requests. To initiate an exchange, raise the request from your account within the 7-day window. The item must be unused, returned with original tags, and in its original packaging.
11. How do I know if my return is eligible?
Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and the return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Sale items (Sale items are products purchased at a discounted or marked-down price including offers, promotions, or special pricing events. Standard-priced items are not considered sale items.) and gift cards are non-returnable.
12. Are any products non-returnable?
Yes, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Sale items refer to products purchased at a discounted or marked-down price.
13. What if the returned item fails QC?
If the item doesn’t meet eligibility criteria (tags missing, worn, damaged, etc.), the return will be rejected and the item will be sent back to you.
14. Is reverse pickup available?
Yes, reverse pickup is available. Check your pincode for availability on our website.
Our apologies if we are unable to service your pincode. In that case, you will have to return the item to our address at your own cost. We will reimburse the shipping cost incurred by you.
15. Are exchange shipping charges free?
Yes, exchange shipments are free where reverse pickup is available. If you ship the item yourself, we’ll reimburse the cost.
16. Where will I get my refund amount?
Refunds for pre-paid orders are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges paid at the time of checkout are non-refundable.
17. How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed after the returned item passes our quality inspection at our warehouse in Bengaluru. They are usually completed within 10 working days, and may be processed earlier for local or zonal orders.

18. How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the Size Guide on the product page for detailed chest, shoulder, and length measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
19. Are your products true to size?
Our products are designed and tested to fit Indian body proportions accurately. We suggest ordering your size for the best experience. For additional precision, you can consult the detailed size guide available on each product page which provides exact measurements.
20. Will the color of the product vary from the images?
We strive to represent our products in accurate lighting, but slight color variations may occur due to individual screen brightness and display settings. If you have questions about a specific color, contact us before placing your order.
21. How should I care for my garments?
Our performance fabrics are built to last - but they do need a little care to stay that way. We recommend:
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
- Do not bleach or use fabric softeners - they break down performance fibres
- Tumble dry low or air dry flat for best shape retention
- Do not iron directly on printed or technical panels
- Specific care instructions are printed on the inner label of every garment
22. How do I care for printed or technical panels?
Do not iron directly on prints or technical panels. Wash cold on a gentle cycle and avoid bleach/fabric softeners. Air dry flat or tumble dry low.
23. Can I wash performance garments with regular clothes?
For best results, wash performance fabrics separately or with similar materials to avoid abrasion and residue buildup.

24. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including:
