Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
We want every piece to feel right from the start. If something isn't, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition, with tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return.
Log in to your account, go to My Account → Orders, and submit a return request for the relevant order. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation notification on your registered email address and phone number.
Note: Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.
Damages & Incorrect Items.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items.
We're unable to accept returns on:
- Sale items - Sale items are products purchased at a discounted or marked-down price (including offers, promotions, or special pricing events). Standard-priced items are not considered sale items.

Gift cards
Reverse Pickup.
Where available, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. If reverse pickup is not available at your pin code, you may ship the item back at your own cost, and the shipping charges paid for returning the item will be reimbursed upon successful return approval.
Exchanges.
The quickest way to get the right item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved. If the requested size or product is unavailable, the item will remain eligible for a return and refund, subject to our return policy.
Refunds.
Once we receive your return, a quality check will be completed. If the item passes, your refund will be initiated immediately to your original payment method.
If the item does not pass the quality check, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at support@urbanperformancestore.in.
Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
